Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was superb with beautiful surroundings, but the service was lacking due to inexperienced staff. The dining options were good, but the rooms need some improvement.
The hotel sits on a stunning golf course, offering a picturesque view over the lake. The rooms come with very comfortable beds and a lovely view when you open the window. The service was lacking due to management issues with training the younger staff, diminishing the overall experience. The location is excellent for golf enthusiasts but lacks the charm compared to other local bars. The included dining options, especially the smoothies, were a highlight. However, the facilities could use some enhancements to match the beautiful surroundings.
The hotel offers a mix of great and not so great aspects. I loved the amazing comfortable bed and the beautiful view over the 12th green, but the service was lacking due to poor management and mentoring of the younger staff. The location on the stunning golf course is a definite plus, although there were some issues with the dining options.
This hotel was a mixed experience for me. On one hand, the location was superb with stunning views of the Galtee mountains, and it was just close enough to Tipp town yet in a quiet area just outside which I appreciated for the tranquility. However, the service was lacking due to poor management and mentorship of the younger staff members. The dining experience, although offering tasty homemade pastries, had limited options. The accommodations were comfortable, and the price was reasonable, but there were some missed opportunities in terms of service quality.
